Brian’s journey in web design began in 2002 after he and his wife, Angela, moved to Oroville. He spent those early years developing websites for members of a network marketing community, building the professional foundation for what would eventually become Rural Website Design, LLC. Today, the company is the result of Brian’s twenty-plus years of software experience and a genuine heart for helping others.

To bring these visions to life, Brian leads a hand-picked group of creatives and tech experts. We’re a versatile bunch—depending on the project, you might find one of us wearing several hats, from design to copywriting, to make sure everything stays personal and cohesive. We love taking the stress out of the process by offering high-quality, easy-to-use websites at prices that actually make sense for your budget.

For Brian, the ultimate win is seeing a local business take off. He knows that most owners aren’t technical experts, so he finds his greatest satisfaction in handling all the “under-the-hood” solutions—giving them the freedom to focus on what they do best while he builds their online foundation for success.

When the laptops are closed, Brian is usually out enjoying the beauty of the outdoors. He and Angela love spending their time fishing, camping, or working in their garden. They also share a deep-seated love for travel and discovering new places together.

Giving back is a big part of who they are. They are proud to support the Wounded Warrior Project and Animal Foster Care, organizations that mean a lot to their family. And when game day rolls around, you’ll definitely find Brian cheering on the UW Huskies, the LA Dodgers, and the Seattle Seahawks.
